The Jungle Book is a collection of stories by British author Rudyard Kipling. The stories in this illustrated, unabridged collection are set in the country of Kipling’s birth, India. Primarily set in the forest, most of the characters in the stories are animals, such as Shere Khan the tiger and Baloo the bear, except for Mowgli, a “man-cub,” who is raised in the jungle by wolves.
